Restaurant payout reconciliation

One monthly close for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and the bank.

Restaurant delivery-platform payouts often arrive on a different day from the sales they summarize. Monthly Close scopes platform payouts to the selected month, extends the bank search by a configurable grace window, and reconciles each platform against the same bank export without silently accepting duplicate candidates.

What a clean close means here

A month is ready to close only when every loaded platform has a reconciliation result, there are no payout-not-in-bank or bank-only exceptions, no ambiguous matches, and no missing or unreadable dates that prevent month scoping.

Do I need both DoorDash and Uber Eats files?
No. Load at least one marketplace payout file plus the bank CSV. Add both platforms when you want one combined close.

What happens if there are no bank candidates?
The payouts are shown as Payout not in bank. That is a review exception, not a setup failure.

Does closing save accounting records?
No. The current free tool marks the close only for the browser session and can export a CSV report. It does not persist the close after refresh.

How matching stays safe

Uncertain matches stay visible.

Amount and date are hard checks.

A payout reference can help choose between valid candidates, but it cannot override the amount and date rules.

Duplicates are never guessed.

If more than one bank row could match, Monthly Close leaves it for review instead of choosing one automatically.
